Great to meet you!

Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up with me because I’m easy to talk to, down-to-earth, and non-judgmental. I’ll bring tools from CBT and DBT into our sessions, but I’ll also bring curiosity, creativity, and the belief that you already have the strength to change. My job is to help you find it, practice it, and use it in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and a little bit creative. I don’t believe therapy should feel like talking to a brick wall—or like I’m holding all the answers and handing them down. Instead, we work as a team. You bring your life, your struggles, and your goals. I bring evidence-based tools, perspective, and support. Together, we’ll figure out what works for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is more of a conversation than anything formal. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’d like to change, and I’ll answer any questions about how therapy works. There’s no pressure—you set the pace. By the end, you’ll have a clear idea of our next steps and know you don’t have to do this alone.
