Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming, I’m here to make it easier. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Army combat veteran with more than a decade of experience helping adults, teens, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, offering both telehealth and in-person options, including non-clinical settings where you can feel most at ease. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward balance and hope.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I focus on practical tools and deeper processing to create lasting change. Our work may include skill-building, guided reflection, or experiential strategies, always at a pace and in a setting that feels safe for you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with practical tools you can use right away, a clearer understanding of your experiences, and a renewed sense of direction. Together, we’ll work on strategies for managing stress, improving relationships, and building resilience. My goal is for you to walk away feeling supported, more confident in your ability to handle challenges, and encouraged about the progress you’re making.
