A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to create a non-judgemental, caring atmosphere where effective listening and teaching skills can be employed helping individuals create a balance in life. Therapy can help in regaining control of your life in difficult times or just be the additional support needed at the right time. All clients are unique, treatment plans are tailored to meet the needs and desired outcomes of each individual. Court referrals are accepted as a condition of probation.
