I am a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience with children and adolescent clients. Over the last 20 years, I have worked in schools as well as private practice settings. I also have experience working with adult clients. My areas of focus include working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a person-centered, solution focused approach to therapy. In my experience, building a strong therapeutic relationship is necessary to experience maximum growth in the counseling setting. I want create an empathetic and non-judgmental environment for you so you always feel heard. By recognizing negative thought patterns and unproductive behaviors, together we will construct solutions to your presenting issues.
