Great to meet you!

Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Co-Dependency can affect your thoughts, relationships, and sense of self in ways that are often misunderstood. You may not have all the answers, but you know something isn’t feeling right. I work with individuals navigating Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Co-Dependency, Narcissistic Abuse, College Stress, Workplace Issues, and Personality or Mood Challenges. Whether you’re highly motivated or feeling burned out and stuck, I provide a supportive approach to help you move forward. I have an extensive background working with Veterans and First Responders and hold deep respect for these communities.

My approach to therapy

I frequently work with clients who have been misdiagnosed or feel discouraged by past therapy experiences. I value creating a space where clients feel understood and supported as they begin to experience real improvement—whether that means reducing severe symptoms, rebuilding motivation, or making changes that significantly improve daily life.

I take a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to therapy and focus on helping you make real, practical changes in your life—not just gain insight. I have advanced training in anxiety, trauma, anger management, and working with First Responders, and I use these tools to support you in feeling more grounded, confident, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

I work with a range of clients and tailor my approach to what fits you best. This may include Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive-Based Strategies, and/or a Strengths-Focused, Supportive style. In our first session, we'll talk about what brought you to counseling and what you'd like to accomplish. We'll also work together to create a plan that supports your goals in a way that is comfortable for you.
