Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of clinical experience. I have treated men and women with depression, self-esteem, and relationship issues.

My background includes mental health, substance abuse, and clinical supervision, and I work with adolescents and adults.

.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a strength-based, person-centered, and Cognitive behavioral approach. However, I also recognize that each client comes with a unique set of goals and motivations. It is my job to assess and meet clients where they are for the most successful outcome.

What you can expect from me

I invite you to a nurturing, non-judgmental space where you feel seen and supported. In our initial session, we will explore your goals and challenges. I will get to know you, your needs, and your unique background in the next few sessions.

I hope that we will form a supportive and nurturing partnership and be able to work on building greater self-awareness, developing improved coping skills, and improving overall well-being.
