Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping teens and adults reconnect with their inner strength and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in painful patterns, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating trauma, substance use, codependency, self-esteem challenges, depression, anxiety, or parenting stress, my goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely supported and understood.

I’ve worked with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds in individual, family, and group therapy settings, as well as through case management. This range of experience allows me to see the bigger picture — not just what’s happening internally, but also how relationships, systems, and life circumstances impact your well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and practical skill-building. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly and explore difficult emotions at your own pace. At the same time, I believe therapy should feel active and empowering. We won’t just talk about problems — we’ll work toward building insight, resilience, and concrete tools you can use in everyday life. I tailor therapy to your specific needs, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to growth.

What you can expect from me

I believe each person’s journey is unique. By identifying your strengths — even the ones you may not yet see in yourself — we can build a foundation for meaningful, lasting change. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you develop greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Together, we’ll focus on helping you feel more balanced, more capable, and more aligned with the life you want to create.
