Great to meet you!

Welcome, I’m Lisa Moreau, a Licensed ProfessionalCounselor based in St. Louis, MO, offering telehealth services across the state. My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Grief and Loss, and Trauma‐Informed care. I take a holistic, person‐centered approach, helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves through healing, growth, and increased awareness. My goal is to walk alongside you—creating space for insight, self‐realization, and meaningful change at a pace that feels supportive and empowering.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults navigating major life changes—whether that’s a medical diagnosis, divorce, grief, or a career shift. I also support teens to build confidence and developing important life skills. My style is calm, easygoing, and focused on creating a space where you can show up as your authentic self. I believe vulnerability is a powerful part of healing. I’m here to walk alongside you as you build awareness, grow and experience those moments of self‐realization that reconnect you with who you are at your core.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions—curiosity, hope, nervousness, or uncertainty. My goal in our first session is to create a safe, comfortable space where you can show up as your authentic self. We’ll begin building a supportive relationship and clarify what you want help with so we can move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
