Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I am a LCSW who is a holistic multicultural practitioner that specializes in working with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, and childhood/adult trauma. I have a broad range of experience working with clients across the life span in the human service field, across the last 15 years. I currently serve clients 18 or older. I understand how difficult opening up can be, and I know that finding the right person to talk with is important.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy is from a humanistic lens and draws upon a number of different treatment modalities to help my clients heal and meet their goals. I use a gentle, strength based, trauma informed approach to help bring about awareness, meaning and solutions to life's challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

I view the overarching arching goal of therapy as helping individuals to become better able to manage their own mental health and well-being.
