In our first meeting, I’ll invite you to share what brings you in, what feels heavy right now, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to lay it all out at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable. I’ll also ask some background questions to get a sense of your story, strengths, and what matters most to you.
You can expect warmth, humor, and some gentle challenging, because real growth often comes when we’re brave enough to look beneath the surface. My goal is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and a little lighter.
