Great to meet you!

Hi and Welcome! I’m Lisa, and I’m so glad you’ve taken this next step on your wellness journey. Reaching out for support is often the hardest part, and I’m honored you’re here. My client's are often navigating things like depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and just big life stressors that leave us feeling lost and overwhelmed. I am also passionate about working with the perinatal population—whether you’re in the family planning stages, currently pregnant, or in the postpartum phase where you're surviving off of chaos and coffee (me too). Whatever season of life you're in, you don't have to endure it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and gentle yet direct. I've helped people navigate life's messy and complex moments. I pull from evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I also enjoy utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process trauma and move forward with greater confidence and peace.

As a mom, I also bring real-life understanding to perinatal and postpartum mental health, offering compassionate support without judgment and unrealistic expectations. Likely, with coffee in hand.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll explore what’s been going on in your life, along with your goals and what you’re hoping to get out of this experience. From there, we’ll work together to create a direction that feels right for you.

My hope is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—so you can explore who you are and begin making meaningful changes at your own pace.
