I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University (2020). I enjoy working with adolescents- adults who struggle with anxiety, trauma, and stress. I specialize in individuals who are neurodivergent, parents/caregivers, and LGBTQ+.
My therapy approach is person-centered, humanistic, and positive psychology. I work from a neurodivergent-affirming perspective with collaboration to support individual needs.
