Great to meet you!

Hi! If you’ve been thinking about therapy but aren’t sure where to start, you’re not alone—and you don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s going on and work toward the changes that feel meaningful and right for you, at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to be yourself—comfortable, honest, and free from judgment. At the same time, therapy can gently challenge us to look at things differently and move toward the changes we want to make.

We’ll work together as a team, at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you gain clarity about what you’re experiencing and what you want moving forward. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more confident, understood, and equipped to make meaningful changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we simply get to know each other. You’re in the driver’s seat, and you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable for you. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’d like support with—all at your own pace.

There’s no need to have all the answers or know exactly what your goals are. We’ll explore those things together, and you can decide what feels important to focus on. My role is to listen, support you, and offer guidance when it feels helpful—not to tell you what you should do.

By the end of our session, you’ll have a better sense of how I work and what therapy with me could look like. Most importantly, you’ll have the space to decide whether it feels like a good fit and what you’d like to do next.
