Great to meet you!

I am a family nurse practitioner and a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I think about how the mind and body impact each other. One of my specialties is weight management.

My approach to therapy

Our visit starts with me asking about the symptoms you are having, how long you have had them, and what has helped in the past. I try to move through a lot of questions pretty quickly the first visit. At the end, you and I will decide together a treatment plan to help you feel better. This is your story. You are writing it. Only you know how you feel. I am here to help.

What you can expect from me

I want to help you feel better. Plain and simple. I want you to know that together we are going to get better.
