I am a Health Psychologist who approaches clients with empathy. I primarily use (CBT) Positive Psychology and Brief Therapy to help people focus on treating depression, anxiety, physical illnesses, sleep problems, weight management andrecovery from substance use. I use Motivational Interviewing to help people remove barriers to achieving goals and achieving them successfully. My purpose in my work is to help each client become the best version of their 'self'.

My approach to therapy

The purpose in my work is to help each client become the best version of their 'self'. In order to do so, I strive to create an individual and exceptional experience for every client. I work with clients collaboratively to set and achieve goals, and remove barriers from getting in the way of their goals. I coach people to help them overcome their fears and resistance to change.

By the end of each session, clients will feel supported, understood, and will have a clear understandingn of 'next steps'.
