Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am so happy you are here. I am a licensed therapist, currently working full-time with an inpatient palliative care department. I believe addressing the issues unique to serious illness and end-of-life before a medical crisis occurs is critical to supporting your dignity and autonomy. I look forward to partnering with you and navigating the complexities of life's final chapters together.

My approach to therapy

My aim to provide a warm and judgment-free space for us to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. You are the expert on your life and story--I will join with you to elicit your values and wishes, and develop a plan for ensuring they are honored as you navigate serious illness or end of life

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will have the opportunity to share your history and what you hope to gain from our time together. It is equally important for you to feel that we are a good fit for each other, and I invite you to reflect on this during our first meeting and throughout our time together.
