Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker with 15 years of experience offering individualized therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief, life transitions, and relationship concerns. My practice is strengths-based and trauma-informed, and I tailor treatment to each client’s needs.

I don’t see you as a list of symptoms to be fixed, but as a whole person with a unique culture, story, and pace.

I blend practical skills with relational depth to help clients move toward clearer values, greater resilience, and improved connection.

My belief in patience, safety, and the power of second chances isn't just something I practice in the therapy room—it’s a philosophy I live by. Outside of my work with clients, I dedicate much of my time to fostering rescue dogs!

Whether I am helping a hesitant foster dog learn to trust the world again or sitting across from a client reclaiming their life, I know firsthand that healing cannot be rushed—but with the right support, transformation is always possible

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, non-judgmental, trauma‐informed therapy for individuals. My eclectic, evidence‐based approach is tailored to each client’s goals and may include brief/solution‐focused work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, somatic interventions, and person‐centered techniques.

What you can expect from me

I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities and find a more fulfilling path. I take a collaborative, trauma‐informed approach, working with you to dismantle obstacles and build practical skills for long‐term well‐being. Whether you’re facing a major transition or seeking deeper self‐awareness
