Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Lisa and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I have a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or you're just feeling stuck, I offer a supportive non-judgmental space where we can work together to move towards healing and growth. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in providing Integrative therapy combining techniques from various schools of psychotherapy to meet each individual's unique needs and preferences. I utilize a custom blend of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I believe that this personalized treatment approach addresses the whole person and their unique needs, preferences and goals.
