Great to meet you!

Trauma can deeply shape our lives, sometimes leaving us feeling disconnected—from ourselves, from others, and from a sense of safety or meaning. Often, our nervous systems adapt in powerful ways to help us survive overwhelming experiences. These adaptations, while protective at the time, can later feel limiting in our relationships and in how we experience ourselves. I work with adults who are ready to gently explore and recalibrate these responses through a holistic, trauma-focused lens—one that honors the integration of mind, body, relationship, and meaning-making. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, ADHD, shame, or relational difficulties, including those with third culture experiences—navigating questions of identity, belonging, and cultural complexity. Together, we focus on building self-trust, clarity, and confidence in moving toward a more connected and authentic life.

My approach to therapy

Using the triphasic model of recovery, we will focus on building safety and resilience, exploring and processing painful experiences, and creating a life with meaning and purpose. I offer an integrative approach using experiential (AEDP-informed and Gestalt), strengths-based, IFS-informed, somatic-informed, EMDR, and behavioral therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients often come to therapy feeling broken or damaged. As we work together to understand and recalibrate survival responses and manage emotional overwhelm, my hope is that it becomes clear that while healing is ongoing, you are whole—right now, and have been throughout your journey.

Clients can expect a safe and compassionate space where healing unfolds at a pace that respects your unique process. Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and it’s important that you feel safe, seen, and understood here. Drawing from the triphasic model of trauma recovery, our work moves through three phases: establishing safety and stabilization; gently processing traumatic memories and emotions; and reconnecting with life and relationships in a more integrated way.

No matter where you find yourself in your process, I would be truly honored to be by your side, witnessing and accompanying you as you move toward greater trust and connection with yourself.
