I am a licensed professional counselor, with experience in Individual, IOP/PHP, adolescents, couples and family counseling. I hold a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My specialty is in EMDR trained and working with individual healing from trauma.
As Counselor, I have an eclectic approach, to work with individual complexities based on their individualized needs. The base of my approach is CBT.
