Great to meet you!

I’ve been in practice for 17 years, and I bring warmth, honesty, and a little humor to my work with clients. I’m trained in trauma and attachment work, and I help clients make sense of how past experiences can show up in their emotions and relationships today. You can expect me to listen closely, care deeply, and gently point out patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll work together to find practical ways to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself.

My approach to therapy

I help clients understand how trauma, attachment experiences, and long-standing patterns affect the way they feel and relate to others today. Depending on your needs, we may use parts work, EMDR, and practical tools to help you regulate emotions, process painful experiences, and respond differently when old patterns show up. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope will change. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and making sense of the patterns or challenges you’re facing. I’ll provide helpful information and tools you can start using right away, along with homework tailored to what we discuss. You can expect a supportive space and the opportunity to feel heard.
