Great to meet you!

I work with adults struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression and family conflict. I have 10 years of experience as a mental health professional and have helped hundreds of clients to find relief from symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I believe in providing a safe and supportive environment where you can openly express yourself and explore your thoughts and feelings. I am dedicated to helping you develop the skills and strategies you need to overcome challenges and live a fulfilling life.

My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices. I tailor my therapeutic interventions to meet your unique needs and goals, and I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Individual therapy is meant to address a client’s individual mental and emotional needs. A variety of approaches are used to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The first session usually involves a series of questions but don't worry it won't seem like an interview. I work hard to develop rapport with each individual client.
