Hello, my name is Lisa Pyles, and I am a Mental Health Counselor. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, manage emotional difficulties, and work toward greater well-being.

My approach is centered on creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves. I believe that every person has unique experiences and strengths, and I strive to meet each client where they are while helping them develop healthy coping strategies and achieve their personal goals.

I like to met my clients where they are at emotionally and mentally, and begin building trust from there, as we navigate together through use of multiple counseling techniques including Person-Centered Processing, CBT, and DBT,

In our first session you can expect to be heard, focus on setting goals that are attainable, as well as a chance to build rapport and start developing our therapeautic relationship, that is safe, inviting and calm.
