Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist in California and New York with advanced clinical training from Columbia University and a post-graduate fellowship at the University of California, Berkeley. My clinical training includes the Ackerman Institute for the Family, EMDR and Internal Family Systems. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relational patterns, identity development and major life transitions, with particular experience supporting first-generation and multicultural individuals navigating family expectations, intergenerational dynamics and the tension between ambition and belonging.

My approach to therapy

Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful and driven, often carrying responsibility for family, culture or personal expectations while quietly questioning themselves. They may appear capable outwardly yet feel stuck in long-standing patterns or internal pressure. They seek clarity, stronger boundaries and a more grounded sense of self.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is collaborative, direct and depth-oriented. Together, we examine how cultural context, family systems and internal parts shape your patterns while strengthening self-trust and self-leadership. If you are ready for deeper, sustained change, I invite you to connect.
