Lisa Rabinovich

Welcome! My name is Lisa and I would like to acknowledge that pursuing therapy takes a lot of courage and is often challenging. With close to a decade of experience as a psychotherapist, it’s my priority to make you feel as supported as possible in this process. Once we begin, I will work towards an understanding of your story, challenges, and goals you would like to achieve. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, with significant experience working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, addiction, and interpersonal difficulties.

I believe in treating the person holistically, primarily using a psychodynamic approach in which we work together to identify experiences and factors that have led to your current challenges. I am also formally trained in and train others in motivational interviewing. Additionally, I incorporate CBT, mindfulness-based techniques, and when appropriate, creative arts approaches to promote healing.
