Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed psychologist with 15 years of experience helping adults, teens, and seniors navigate anxiety, depression, relationship strain, chronic illness, and some of life's harder moments. I work virtually with clients across Florida, which means you get real, effective therapy from wherever you feel most comfortable. I'm warm, I'm direct, and — fair warning — I will probably make you laugh at some point. I believe therapy works best when it feels like an honest conversation between two people, not a performance.

My approach to therapy

I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which means we focus on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions — and where that loop is making things harder than they need to be. It's practical and skills-based, so you leave sessions with things you can actually use. I tailor everything to you: your pace, your goals, your life. I specialize in anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, women's issues, relationship challenges, and supporting people managing chronic health conditions or physical illness.

What you can expect from me

Expect a real conversation — not a checklist. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, what you've already tried, and what you actually want from therapy (not what you think you're supposed to say). You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. My goal for our first session is simple: you should leave feeling heard, a little less alone, and like you can actually picture this working. I accept Aetna, Cigna, and Carelon Behavioral Health — reach out through Headway to get started.
