Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in trauma therapy. I provide a compassionate, client-centered space for healing and growth. My approach integrates EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and grief counseling to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

I work from a trauma-informed perspective that honors each person's story and pace. My goal is to help clients feel safe, empowered, and in control of their healing journey. I integrate EMDR and CBT techniques to reduce the emotional impact of trauma, while incorporating mindfulness and self-compassion practices to strengthen coping skills and inner stability. I often focus on helping clients identify triggers, release old patterns, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your goals, current challenges, and what has or hasn't worked for you in the past. This session is a chance for you to share at your own pace- there's no pressure to tell your full story right away. Together, we'll begin to outline a plan for therapy that feels comfortable and achievable.

Because I offer telehealth sessions, you can expect a calm, private, and supportive space where you can talk openly from the comfort of your own home. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
