Great to meet you!

I work with teens, young adults, and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance use, identity exploration, family conflict, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next, therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself and move toward meaningful change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely understood, supported, and accepted for who they are. Together, we build on strengths, develop practical coping skills, and explore the patterns that may be getting in the way of living a more fulfilling life.

I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can be honest, reflective, and fully themselves without fear of judgment. My goal is not only to help clients navigate current challenges but also to foster greater resilience, self-awareness, confidence, and connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely understood and supported. I believe meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and authenticity.

I work with teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, identity exploration, family conflict, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to meet clients where they are and help them better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and build greater resilience.

I have extensive experience supporting adolescents and families through complex emotional, behavioral, and substance use challenges. Whether clients are struggling with school, family conflict, anxiety, depression, identity development, or major life transitions, I strive to provide a space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My style is warm, reflective, and adaptable to each client's unique needs. I value curiosity, self-awareness, humor, and honest conversation, and I strive to help clients feel more connected to themselves, their values, and the people who matter most to them.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a supportive, conversational space where we begin getting to know each other and exploring what brings them to therapy. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, understood, and free to share at their own pace without pressure or judgment.

During our first meeting, we will discuss current challenges, relevant personal history, therapy goals, and what clients hope to gain from the therapeutic process. I also encourage questions so clients can get a sense of my approach and determine whether we feel like a good fit for working together.

I strive to create an environment that is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, where clients can be honest, reflective, and fully themselves. Together, we will identify strengths, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
