Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lisa! I’m a licensed mental health counselor and am poised to help you on your journey, should I be a good fit for you. I’ve worked in a variety of settings and am client-centered, using evidence-based practices rooted in CBT (DBT & ACT) and psychodynamic therapies. I have seen my clients grow in amazing ways and am honored to facilitate the process.

My approach to therapy

I have advanced training in perinatal mental health, EMDR (eye movement, desensitization, and reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Acceptance and Commitment therapy and trauma-informed care. Through the process, I work with clients to determine goals, objectives, and positive interventions based on their specific needs.

What you can expect from me

I hope to facilitate a space for clients to explore themselves safely with support, experience healing and personal growth, to leave with a new sense of empowerment for understanding their behavior patterns and achieving positive change.
