Great to meet you!

I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, burnout, and major life transitions. My approach is person-centered and collaborative—I start by understanding your story, validating your experiences, and helping you reconnect with your strengths. Together, we’ll build the tools, clarity, and confidence to help you move toward wellness, purpose, and lasting change.

I bring warmth, presence, and authenticity to every session, creating a space where healing feels accessible and real. I take a holistic approach that honors your emotional, physical, and mental well-being. You’ll often hear me remind clients, “You can’t pour from an empty cup—self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential.”

Lisa has a master's degree in social work from the University of Central Florida.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and connecting with friends who inspire laughter and good conversation.

My approach to therapy

Lisa’s clinical style is relational, intuitive, and rooted in both evidence-based and holistic practices. She draws from CBT, Psychodynamic theory, and narrative approaches to help clients heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, and substance use. With specialized training in trauma and anxiety disorders, Lisa helps clients cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of personal power.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy is a brave and meaningful step, and I don’t take that lightly. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone—I’m here to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as we work together toward healing, balance, and growth.
