Great to meet you!
I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, burnout, and major life transitions. My approach is person-centered and collaborative—I start by understanding your story, validating your experiences, and helping you reconnect with your strengths. Together, we’ll build the tools, clarity, and confidence to help you move toward wellness, purpose, and lasting change.
I bring warmth, presence, and authenticity to every session, creating a space where healing feels accessible and real. I take a holistic approach that honors your emotional, physical, and mental well-being. You’ll often hear me remind clients, “You can’t pour from an empty cup—self-care isn’t selfish, it’s essential.”
