Great to meet you!

I believe that being "high functioning" shouldn't mean you have to carry everything alone. I provide a warm, nurturing, and collaborative space specifically designed for women who are trying to find balance amidst the noise of daily life.

My ideal client is motivated and ready to move from simply "managing" their life to truly thriving in it. Whether you are navigating the pressures of a demanding career, shifting family dynamics, or major life transitions, I am here to help you rediscover your sense of autonomy. Together, we will work to quiet the inner critic and develop a sustainable roadmap for growth that honors both your ambitions and your well-being.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is the perfect blend of empathy and action. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you rewire self-sabotaging thought patterns, Mindfulness to keep you grounded in the present, and Somatic Therapy to help you understand how your body holds onto stress. This holistic approach ensures we aren't just talking about your challenges but actively shifting how you experience them.

What you can expect from me

"In our first session, you’ll find a warm, supportive environment where you can finally exhale. We’ll start by unpacking the 'mental load' you’re currently carrying and identify the specific areas where you feel stuck. My goal is for you to walk away from this first hour not just feeling heard, but with a clear roadmap for our work together and at least one practical tool to help you navigate the week ahead with more confidence and balance."
