Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that our mental health plays a large part in our overall stability, happiness and well-being in life. Making the decision to reach out can be difficult, but it can also be one of the most rewardings decisions that you make! I've been practicing for 15+ years, with extensive work in treating adolescents and adults that are struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as those that have experienced trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Each person is unique, and has a different life story. We will work together to create a therapeutic experience that is individualized to you and that you are comfortable with. I believe that trust and open coomunication are vital and lend themselves to the most effective changes. My goal is to be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session will be an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. If you are not sure what you want to achieve, we wil work together to figure it out! My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
