Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy is a meaningful act of courage, and I'm glad you are here. As a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience, I believe the emotional well-being is the foundation for a fulling and balanced life.

My approach to therapy

I believe the healing process happens through a trusting, collaborative relationship where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and strength based, recognizing that every person has the capacity for growth and resilience.

I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and trauma informed interventions, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. Together we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practicing coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or low-self esteem , I provide a supportive nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, guild emotional resilience, and create the life you want.

My goal is not only to help you feel better future to help you understand yourself more deeply, strengthen relationships, and develop the confidence to navigate life's challenges long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. I'll ask questions to develop a deeper understanding of your unique situation.. There is no pressure to share more that you're comfortable with, and you can move at a pace that feels right for you.
