Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with many years of clinical experience, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life's challenges and build meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, strength-based and client-centered. I draw on my experience as an LCSW with children, adolescents and adults to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs and goals, I focus on creating a supporitve andn nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to build insight, develop coping skills and make changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships and goals so I can better understand your unique experiences. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach and what to expect from therapy. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and developing a plan that feels right for you. My priority is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.
