Great to meet you!

I’m a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I care deeply about helping adults feel understood and supported. I work with people experiencing mood, anxiety, trauma‐related, and neurodivergent challenges, and I try to make the process feel calm, collaborative, and human. As a woman of color, I understand how meaningful it can be to have a provider who recognizes the impact of identity, culture, and lived experience on mental health. I’m committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and people from all backgrounds. My practice centers on safety, respect, and whole‐person wellbeing through medication management, education, and supportive guidance tailored to your goals.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole‐person approach. Your care may include therapy, lifestyle guidance, and, when appropriate, safe medication management. I focus on collaboration, tailoring treatment to your unique needs, and supporting you across the lifespan with compassion and evidence‐based practices.

What you can expect from me

During your first visit, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you in. I’ll ask about your symptoms, your history, and what you’re hoping to feel or experience differently—even if you’re not sure what your goals are yet. My role is to help you sort through what’s going on in a way that feels calm, supportive, and judgment‐free. Together, we’ll explore your needs and begin shaping a plan that fits your values, your comfort level, and your pace. By the end of the appointment, you’ll have a clearer sense of next steps and what our work together can look like.
