Great to meet you!

I am a Psychologist who provides a safe, trusting, nonjudgmental, and respectful environment for my clients. I help clients to develop insight and providing them with real tools and coping skills so that they can overcome their obstacles and achieve optimal mental and emotional health. I am direct, yet I allow my clients to set the pace of the therapeutic process. I strive to help my clients to feel good about themselves, their relationships, and their place in this world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) , which is a solution-focused therapy that teaches clients positive approaches to viewing themselves, their relationships, and their world. CBT uses real techniques and coping skills in order to implement lasting change. CBT requires the client and the therapist to work collaboratively as a team in order to help the client solve his or her problems in a safe and trusting environment.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for clients to learn a new technique or perspective to take away and use in his or her life by the end of every session.
