Great to meet you!

Congratulations on taking the first step in your journey! My name is Lisa Thomas. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California and Georgia. I have been in practice for more than five years. I specialize in Depression, anxiety, parenting issues, women's health issues, and infertility. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused, strengths-based, and motivational interviewing approaches. I look forward to being apart of your journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I focus on meeting the client where they are. I don't follow a cookie cutter approach to therapy. Instead, empowering clients to take control of their life with the strengths they have inside.

What you can expect from our first session

I want clients to feel comfortable, safe, and heard. It is important to me to discuss and address what is important to the client. I create a judgement-free environment. I allow clients to identify their goals, and I work with them to accomplish their goals.

Lisa's style is
