Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in Washington State with more than 20 years of experience. My experience has been working with the homeless, victims of domestic violence, and working with those in crisis. Much of my work has been with military members and families, giving me a strong understanding of military culture and lifestyle.

I work with clients facing addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career transitions, and midlife or existential concerns.

My approach to therapy

Building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, supported, and heard is my top priority. I look forward to working with you on your path toward growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly focused on gathering information and understanding your situation from a broader perspective. I ask a lot of questions about your background, current concerns, relationships, and what brings you to therapy. This helps me get a clearer picture of what's going on and what may be most helpful moving forward. We will also discuss your goals for therapy and what you hope to get out of the process.
