Great to meet you!

I've spent over ten years walking alongside people through some of life's most difficult moments such as mental illness, trauma, substance use, grief, loneliness, and the kind of pain that doesn't always have a name. I work with anyone who is seeking healing or simply hoping to move toward a better place. My practice is rooted in a Christian background, and I bring cultural sensitivity and genuine openness to people of all faiths, identities, and walks of life. What matters most to me is that you feel seen, accepted, and never judged.

My approach to therapy

I work from a person-centered foundation which means this is your space, and you call the shots. I draw on motivational interviewing to help you tap into your own strengths and reasons for change, and I bring a trauma-informed lens to everything I do, along with some CBT tools when they fit. But more than any technique, what shapes our sessions is you. I show up warm, collaborative, and genuinely present and I follow your lead, while bringing something meaningful to every session.

What you can expect from me

First, I want to say - I admire you for having the courage to take this step. That's real, and it matters. Our first session will feel more like a conversation than an intake. I'll gently get to know you, understand what brought you here, and make sure you feel as comfortable as possible. There's no rush. You can move as fast or as slow as you need to. I believe no situation is too difficult and no person is too broken for change to happen. I'll be right there with you.
