Great to meet you!

Do you feel burdened, restless, or overwhelmed by anxious thoughts? Find yourself coping in ways you wish you could change? My name is Lisa and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and helping adults navigate life's messier moments. I'm glad you're here and I'd like you to know that relief is within reach.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is integrative and collaborative to support your individual needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), while making space for slower and deeper reflection through psychodynamic work. I'm also passionate about working with those struggling with substance use, people of faith and those who identify as Christian, and women or couples navigating pre-/post-natal experiences, infertility, or loss.

What you can expect from me

I strive to provide my clients with clarity and warmth. Whatever you're facing, together, we'll find ways to bring stability and growth!
