Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed mental health counselor for 10 years, with 5 years of experience working in community mental health, treating individuals who have anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, trauma, and grief and loss issues.

I am a Christian counselor and faith is important to me and I also address spirituality and faith in counseling. I am passionate to help those who are hurting, those who seek healing, and those who desire change.

My approach to therapy

I collaboratively work with clients to set and achieve their goals. I support clients who need guidance and direction. I come alongside of individuals who are struggling and who are seeking change and healing and who are motivated to take the steps necessary.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to set goals and begin implementing change. I exert empathy, active listening, and collaborate with clients to establish what needs to be done to begin their journey. I also offer phone sessions if clients are not comfortable with video sessions.
