Great to meet you!

I take a holistic approach to healing and growth. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Dance/Movement Therapist, Infant Mental Health Specialist, and Registered Yoga Teacher. I have been providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups since 2002. I have a Masters degree in Counseling and a Graduate Diploma in Dance/Movement Therapy. I have also have extensive training in Attachment, Trauma, Yoga Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Mindfulness, Somatic therapy, Somatic Movement Education, and experiential therapies.

My approach to therapy

I have years of experience working with mental health issues including Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Attachment, Trauma, Stress, Chronic Pain and Parenting Issues. I provide a holistic approach to therapy, as I aim to provide a safe place for self discovery and well-being. As we work together, we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and we will focus on goals that are important to you. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your journey.

What you can expect from me

I commend you for your choice to seek therapy. Life can be challenging at times, and reaching out for support is an important step toward growth and healing. Throughout the therapy process you can expect to feel heard and supported, gain new insights into your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and to sometimes have 'homework' to focus outside of therapy.
