Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Sometimes healing requires medication, sometimes therapy, and often both—I can provide all of these in one place. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare and mental health, I bring not only clinical expertise but also a practical understanding of the challenges people face. My goal is to make care compassionate, accessible, and tailored to what you need most.

My approach to therapy

Anyone can find healing in their mental health journey. Everyone deserves respectful, compassionate care—and I am committed to providing just that. Mental health, the inability to concentrate, anxiety, trauma, and addiction are not personal failings; they are conditions we can treat with evidence-based care backed by research and delivered with empathy. Whether you’re facing mental health challenges, trauma, addiction, or all three together, I provide secure telehealth appointments across the lifespan with flexible scheduling to fit your life. Care is accessible, confidential, and tailored to your goals—you don’t have to walk this journey alone.

What you can expect from me

At your first visit, I’ll take time to listen to your story and understand your needs. From there, the next steps are individualized and may include medication management, supportive therapy, or both. I’ll explain everything clearly and answer your questions, so you feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. My goal is not just to make a plan, but to build a partnership based on respect, compassion, and trust. You can expect a safe, judgment-free space where your voice matters, and where we’ll work together to find the best path forward for your mental health and well-being.
