Great to meet you!

Have you noticed you or your child acting differently? You're dealing with mood swings, low motivation, or pulling away from people you used to be close to. Maybe you're frustrated and have self-doubt, shutting down when things get tough, or acting out in ways that worry you. This affects everything: your relationships, your school/work performance, and your confidence. You're navigating something challenging and need the right support. With the right help, you or your child can learn to express your feelings instead of bottling them up, manage stress before it becomes overwhelming and reconnect with family and friends.

My approach to therapy

I am a Certified Mood Disorder Professional. I use cognitive behavioral therapies to help children, teens and adults understand how thoughts affect emotions and behaviors, mindfulness to calm anxiety and manage stress, and strength-based approaches that build on what's working. Your experience will feel supportive and judgment-free. We work at your own pace, building skills for school/work, home, and friendships to feel more in control and confident.

What you can expect from me

We explore what's been hardest and create a personalized plan. Together, we can help you or your child feel more stable, confident, and in control again. With the right help, you or your child can learn to express feelings instead of bottling them up, manage stress before it becomes overwhelming, and reconnect with family and friends.
