Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in the field. I earned a Master's in Counseling and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology. I have generalist training and have worked extensively with anxiety and mood disorders, personality issues, relationship problems, work issues, faith-related matters, and health problems. I have worked with clients ages 9 to 75 in private practice and university counseling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is highly relational, process-oriented, and tailored to your goals. Therapy will help you gain insight and develop skills to be the healthiest version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Successful therapy starts with a caring relationship where you feel heard, accepted, and known. There is something very empowering that comes with self-understanding. With it comes self-compassion, healing, and new possibilities. Therapy will also give you the tools to navigate your challenges successfully and creatively.
