Great to meet you!

Welcome! I specialize in women's life challenges and trauma, including anxiety, depression, grief, post-divorce transitions, perinatal and postnatal anxiety/depression, and chronic illness/cancer.

I enjoy working with women and teenage girls in developing self confidence and empowerment. I also specialize in adult parents of trans children during the coming out and transition process. I am a BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ ally.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet your needs. I use a blend of psychodynamic theory, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other evidence based methods to assist my clients in reaching their goals.
