I use evidenced based interventions such as CBT, DBT, ACT and Strength Based modalities. I have additional training in Neuronutrients. That is the study of Amino Acids and nutrients to help decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety. Simply put, feeding your brain for optimal performance. This is a specialized program I offer to clients that are interested. I have also completed a certificate in Neuropsychotherapy in the process of obtaining a certificate in Jungian/Depth psychotherapy.
