My approach to therapy

During the first session, clients will have the opportunity to share their story and any specific areas of concern. From there, we will work together to create goals and a treatment plan to address your specific needs. Clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable and secure sharing personal information.

What you can expect from me

Sessions will be a collaborative in nature. We will work together to identify current concerns and identify treatment options.
