Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience in private practice, and I also have run a medication-assisted treatment clinic — so I bring real-world, frontline experience to the work I do. I'm deeply passionate about making mental health care accessible, especially for people in underserved and rural communities who face the biggest barriers to getting help. If you've struggled to find care that truly fits your life, I'm here for that.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting people where they are — in their schedule, their circumstances, and their readiness to grow. My approach is practical and warm: I focus on helping you build skills you can actually use in your day-to-day life. I also practice what I preach when it comes to self-care, and I bring that same intentionality to every client I work with.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and making sure therapy feels like the right fit. I'll ask about what's brought you here, what your life looks like day to day, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. You'll leave with a sense of direction — and hopefully a little bit of relief that you made the call.
