Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist, I work with individuals ages 17 and older, as well as couples, who are navigating grief, loss of independence, depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal conflict, and other life challenges. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you pursue the life you want and deserve. Together, we can move through the storm clouds and toward the shining sun. One quote I often share for inspiration comes from the poem Invictus: “I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul.”

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each person comes with their own story, strengths, and challenges, so I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs and goals. I draw from a variety of treatment methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, psychoeducation, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on creating a person-centered space where you feel safe, heard, validated, and empowered. This is a time for me to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and begin building a foundation of trust and support.
